解決辦法：
1.將VMwareTools- 8.1.4-227600.tar.gz文件復(fù)制到`/software/文件夾下面
2.安裝VMwareTools:
[root@localhost tian]#cd software
[root@localhost tian]#tar xvzf VMwareTools-8.1.4-227600.tar.gz
[root@localhost tian]# cd vmware-tools-distrib/
[root@localhost tian]#./vmware-install.pl

3.下載相應(yīng)的kernel-devel.rpm包進(jìn)行安裝
Fedora13 Alpha版本內(nèi)核版本為：
2.6.33-0.52.rc8.git6.fc13.i686.PAE
其下載地址為：
ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/fedora/releases/test/13-Alpha/Fedora/i386/os/Packages/kernel-devel-2.6.33-0.52.rc8.git6.fc13.i686.rpm
注：不同的版本可在此網(wǎng)站找到相應(yīng)的文件。

----- 如果網(wǎng)絡(luò)暢通,可以 運(yùn)行 [ yum -y install kernel-devel ],進(jìn)行安裝就6M,很快

提示：安裝完kernel-devel后重啟一下計(jì)算機(jī)，因?yàn)榇藭r(shí)的系統(tǒng)檢測(cè)的內(nèi)核仍為啟動(dòng)時(shí)的內(nèi)核版本。

4.重新運(yùn)行VMware的配置文件
