By default, Eclipse will output Chinese or non-english characters as question mark (?) or some weird characters. This is because the default encoding is inherited from the project – run configuration. Often times, the default encoding is Cp1252, which is unable to render the Chinese character correctly.

To enable Eclipse to display Chinese character correctly, see following steps :

1. In Eclipse, right click on your application class, and choose Run As –> Run Configurations

2. In Common tab, Console Encoding group, click on the “Other” and select the UTF-8

3. Done, Eclipse is able to display the Chinese character now.

    ��自己debug时用到的一些工具分享出来，share�l�有需要的朋友�Q�大牛看了请一�W�了之�?/span>

     (1)GDB�Q?/strong>最正宗最传统的debug工具�Q�如果做kernel的开发，�q�有KDB可以使用�?/span>
     ��tips:
     <1>可以attach到某一个进�E�进行调试，注意如果�q�程里有fork和exec调用来切换到其它�q�程的话�Q�需要特�D�处�?/span>
     <2>多线�E�也可以用gdb来调试，但是我用了之后感觉�ƈ不是很好。。�?/span>
     <3>如果遇到�D�错误或者程序crush�q�样的错误，可以使用gdb来调试core dump文�g�Q�但是生成core dump需要先�q�行讄��Q�具体请google~)
     <4>注意内联函数是不能被gdb跟踪的（修改下，按照书上的说法，debug版里应该可以跟踪�Q�因为此时内联不会做展开�Q?/span>
     <5>gdb很强大，误��心点看manual。。�?/span>

     (2)wireshark:虽然不是调试工具�Q�但如果是做�|�络�E�序的开发，非常有用�?/span>
     ��tips:
     <1>如果�E�序里的通信协议是��用字�W�串�~�码�Q�非常好�Q�但是如果��用二�q�制�~�码�Q�wireshark不好�?/span>
     <2>对于tcp��，可以在某一个包点击右键�Q?follow tcp stream"�Q�可以看到该tcp��的全部信息
     <3>如果仅仅想看截取包的开头处的信息，可以��包截短,�?capture options"里的"limit each packet to"讄��
     <4>windows和linux下都有wireshark。。�?/span>

     (3)strace�Q?/strong>截获system call�Q�如果能够看到某个system call的返回值错误，可以很轻村֜�扑ֈ�bug原因�?/span>

     <1>strace也可以像gdb一样去attach一个正在运行的�q�程�Q��?p pid(�q�程�?卛_��
     <2>strace的输出比较多�Q�可�?o 输出到文仉��Q�分析的时候请耐心。。�?/span>

     除了传统的printf�Q�还有一些类似的东西

     查看log信息�Q�如果你是去修改别�h的开源程序（�l�常有实验室�q�样�q�吧�Q�，那么它的log信息��很重要�Q�记得按照你的需求去讄��log level
