很经典的排序加贪心模型。首先按b排序�Q�然后扫描每个士兵，每次选取��量��的满��a
刚开始忘记写二分�Q�直接O(n*m)的复杂度�q�了�Q?00MS�Q�后面想��h��可以用二分加速，复杂度�ؓO(nlogm)�Q?0MS�?br /> �W�一�ơ用multiset�Q�感觉不错，很方�ѝ�?br />

【题解】：�q�题正解应该是用�U�性规划做的，可惜我不懂�?br /> 用排序加贪心加小优化压着旉��q�了�?br /> 首先要贪心得��Z��个结论，��是每�h都跑了d�c�之后，剩下的�\�E�一定是�׃��个�h或者最多两个�h跑完�?br />
